There's nothing we love more than pulling together a good cheese and charcuterie platter for family and friends. They're easy and can be relatively inexpensive.

But if you've never hopped on board the beloved tapas trend (the concept of plating dairy and meats originated in Europe around the 15th century), trying to figure out how to arrange everything can be daunting. What cheeses go with what sauces? And how about meats?
