The Master Cleanse
Probably the most well-known cleanse, this 10-day program involves drinking six to 12 glasses daily of a maple syrup/lemon juice/water/cayenne pepper lemonade and taking daily laxatives. Promising to detoxify your body and ditch extra pounds, it also has an Ease-in/Ease-out option where start and finish the program eating fruits and veggies and drinking juices and broths.

David Kirsch's 48-Hour Supercharged Cleanse

The diet promises to kick-start your metabolism as well as cleanse your system.

The Candida Cleanse

The good doctor’s quickie cleanse focuses on cleaning out the kidneys, colon and liver through a plan combining juices and healthy meals—think quinoa with prunes and fruit smoothies. And instead of downing a juice, the doctor also lets you choose munching on raw veggies to complete the program. Additional suggestions to improve effectiveness include drinking Dandelion tea and taking Epsom salt baths.

Colon cleansing can take one of two paths—either through supplements, teas and laxatives, which push out all toxins from your colon—or you turn to a colon irrigation which involves pumping water up through your rectum by a colon therapist and then flushing out the water and toxins.
