Turkey Gravy

Turkey gravy



This fragrant and flavourful gravy is the perfect compliment to your Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey.




3 cups turkey or chicken broth1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme 

Yield: 12-16 servings

DirectionsPrep: 5 min Total: 30 min
1Warm the broth with the juices and bits from the roasting pan. Combine 1 cup of the warm broth with the flour in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the thyme to the broth and then slowly whisk in the flour mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until thickened. Serve hot.
